A world one introduction apart

We want anyone, anywhere, to be able to reach the person who can change their life, and to be safe when they do.

What is The Network Source?

The Network Source is a technology company that builds products to connect people across the world. It is the parent company for a family of platforms, each designed around one kind of human connection.

Those connections include work and careers, relationships, communities and opportunity. Every product shares one foundation: helping the right people find each other, and making the first introduction safe, simple and worth making.

Why does connection matter now?

More people can reach each other than ever before, yet many still feel alone. Being reachable isn't the same as being connected.

About 5.5 billion people used the internet in 2024, according to the International Telecommunication Union. In 2025, the World Health Organization reported that around 1 in 6 people worldwide is affected by loneliness. The gap between those two numbers is where we work.

How small is the world, really?

Smaller than it feels. Most people are only a few introductions away from anyone else on Earth.

In Stanley Milgram's small-world experiment in the 1960s, letters passed hand to hand between acquaintances reached strangers through about five intermediaries on average, the origin of "six degrees of separation". In 2016, Facebook measured an average of 3.57 people between any two of its users.

If the world is that close, the hard part isn't distance. It's knowing who to ask, and trusting the person you reach.

What will The Network Source build?

Products where connection is the point, not a side effect.

That can mean finding work that fits, finding a co-founder, finding people who share an interest, or finding someone to share a life with. We'll announce each product when it's ready. Until then, we're designing, testing and listening.

Why a parent company?

Because every connection product faces the same hard problems, and they're worth solving once, properly.

Identity, trust, safety, matching, and reaching people across languages and borders are hard in a dating app and hard in a jobs platform. Building that foundation once, and sharing it across products, lets each new product start further ahead and hold to the same standards.

Where is The Network Source today?

At the beginning. We're assembling a founding team, talking with first partners and building our first products.

If you want to be part of it, as a partner, an investor or a future colleague, we'd like to hear from you.
